Most new businesses don't fail because of a bad product. They fail because the marketing money is spent in pieces: a bit on a logo, a bit on posts, a bit on ads — with no plan tying them together. Herbisa is an example of the opposite.
When we started, Herbisa was an idea and an investment: a herbal pharmacy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in a market dominated by chains with years of head start. Today, through ads, it brings in more than 200 online orders every month and more than 20,000 KM (≈ €10,000) in monthly revenue.
200+online orders every month1. An investment plan before any ads
Before a single KM went into advertising, we answered three questions with the investor: what sells online versus in store, how much we can pay to acquire one customer, and which channel does which job. The podcast builds trust, short video drives reach, ads turn attention into orders.
2. A launch people remember
The store opened in March 2026 with a full launch campaign — visuals, discount flyers handed out in the neighbourhood, a branded space and a photo-video crew on opening day.
3. A web shop Google can actually read
We built herbisa.ba, a web shop with hundreds of products, categories and descriptions — engineered so search engines see each page's content immediately, not only after JavaScript runs.
4. Production that looks like a big brand
Drone footage, product photography and short educational videos with experts. Few people trust a new brand; everyone trusts what looks professional.
5. A podcast shot inside the pharmacy
Instead of renting a studio, we set one up on the shop floor: three cameras, lighting, lav mics, drone and POV shots, with doctors, pharmacists and psychologists as guests.
Trust can't be bought with an ad. It's built through conversation — ads just amplify it.
6. Ads wired to sales, not likes
Only then did we scale Meta and Google campaigns, connected to the web shop and purchase tracking.
20,000+ KMmonthly revenue driven by adsWhat your business can take from this
- One team for every channel saves money — nobody works against anybody.
- Every piece of content needs a job. Trust, reach or sales — otherwise cut it.
- Measure orders, not reach.
