We became Kvart's entire marketing team: we built a new website with property search, run Instagram, film properties (including by drone), create campaigns and seasonal communication — and look after the whole team's business email.

Challenge

An agency with a large number of listings needs a system that publishes every new property quickly and professionally on the web, social and ads — and looks like a market leader.

Approach

01The new kvart.ba: search with filters (type, location, rooms, price), a gallery and location map for every property, Sold, Reserved and New-build sections, and an English version.
02The “Your new home” campaign — a series of visuals for key properties (Obala, Nahorevo villa, Ciglane).
03Photo, video and drone for 30+ properties; “sold/let” badges and Instagram video.
04Seasonal communication (Christmas, New Year) and a business-email migration for the whole team.
